Getting cracked is what people call an adjustment of the spine. The cracking noise is gas movement in the joint when it is realigned by an adjustment. Some people love this and some people don’t. If you don’t like having your neck cracked Dr Keith has techniques that will realign your spine very gently without any cracking.
Does adjusting the spine and that cracking sound cause pain? Dr. Keith is very gentle with his adjustment, so any pain is negligible or not at all.
